Email – Password – Name – Mobile Number – Date of Birth – Gender – Vehicle Type – License Plate Number – Color – Size.

Since our car wash system is fully automated, we collect your vehicle’s license plate number and details (color, type, and size) to verify the vehicle’s identity and enable subscription-based bundles or pay-per-wash services. The license plate number serves as the primary reference for linking your car to the selected service.
When using the application, we may also collect limited technical data, such as your device type and unique device identifier (Device ID), to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features and updates. You may also upload vehicle photos for automated verification purposes. These can be deleted or updated anytime through your account settings.
We use cookies to store and track certain user information for service improvement. These are small files sent to your browser and stored on your device.
Some non-personal information (such as performance or usage data) may be automatically collected by our servers or through cookies to help us enhance our services. We do not control how third parties (such as analytics providers) use their own cookies.

All discount codes are subject to terms of use and are valid unless issued for special occasions, such as holidays.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to refuse service or application usage without providing any reason or explanation.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) is not responsible for your prior lack of knowledge or understanding of the vehicle wash process or service pricing.
If the first party (the customer) does not respond to any action taken by the Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) within 24 hours, the company has the right to close the complaint or request.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) shall not be held responsible for the vehicle either prior or after leaving the premises.

Package Policy:• Single Wash Package

A service for washing a vehicle individually, with payment for each wash separately, without the need for prior booking.

Monthly Packages:

This service provides monthly vehicle washes, with the subscription linked to the vehicle’s license plate and non-transferable to other vehicles with different plates.

Multiple monthly packages are available. You can view details and pricing through the application. Packages may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice.

Package Usage Policy:

Package Duration: All packages are valid for a fixed period and cannot be extended, carried over, or refunded during their validity or after expiration.
Package Linked to Vehicle: Monthly packages are tied to a single vehicle through its license plate number and cannot be transferred to another vehicle after activation.
Unlimited Packages: The vehicle associated with the package can be washed only once per day.
Automatic Renewal: If enabled, the subscription fee will be automatically charged to the registered card at the end of the package period. To stop renewal, the subscription must be canceled before the next renewal date.
Usage Times: Packages can be used at any time and at all branches without any time or location restrictions.
Unfair Use of Packages: The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to suspend or cancel any package if unfair or non-compliant use of the service is detected, including are but not limited to:

- Sharing the account with another person.
- Using a wash package for more than one vehicle not associated with the same plate number.
- Swapping the vehicle plate number with another vehicle.
- Washing the same vehicle more than once in a single day.
- Using the service for commercial purposes or selling it to others.

Payment, Subscription, Refund & Payment Security Policy:

All fees due for service requests or subscriptions must be paid immediately through the application.
Electronic payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Mada, and Apple Pay in Saudi Riyals or other agreed currencies.
In case of failure to pay the due amounts on time, the Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service and take appropriate legal action.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to modify prices or package terms from time to time and to determine the final prevailing price. Prices displayed on the application may not reflect the actual price at the time of purchase.
The refund policy does not apply under any circumstances, whether due to the customer deciding to terminate usage, or Al-Mumayza Al-Haditha Trading Company (Carwishha) deciding to end the service, or the application being unavailable for any reason.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) may, at its discretion, provide promotional offers with different features or prices to its customers. Unless an offer is provided to you directly, it does not affect your subscription or any existing agreement with Carwishha.
Vouchers cannot be used after their expiration date.

Terms of Use and Customer Responsibilities:

Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or using the service. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of the account.
Proper Use of the application: The customer agrees to use the application only for its intended purpose requesting and managing vehicle wash services — and in accordance with the terms and applicable laws.
License Plate Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the license plate number registered in the application matches the actual vehicle receiving the service. Any discrepancies may prevent service completion.
Payment Obligations: The customer must ensure timely payment for all services or through the application using the accepted payment methods.
Account Security: The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
Prohibited Activities: The customer must not misuse the application or its services in any way, whether withing the application scope or outside it. This includes but is not limited to attempts to interfere with its automated systems, software, or data. Any tempering or hacking attempts will lead to immediate termination and possible legal action.
Compliance with Safety and Environmental Rules: The customer must comply with all safety and environmental requirements related to the automated vehicle wash process.
Notification of Issues: The customer must promptly report any service-related issues, damages, or malfunctions through the application’s support channels.
Respect for Staff and Service Providers: The customer must treat service providers and staff (if applicable) with respect. The company reserves the right to take legal action in case of any misconduct.
Compliance with Laws: customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Cameras and Monitoring:

All vehicle wash locations are equipped with internal and external cameras for security and quality purposes.
All video recordings are stored in the Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) cloud located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customers may only access them according to applicable legal procedures.

Vehicle Accessories Policy:

For interior cleaning (if applicable), customers are responsible for removing and replacing any additional accessories. Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) staff will not remove or reinstall child seats or other items, and the company is not liable for any incidents resulting from improper handling.
For interior cleaning (if applicable) or exterior cleaning, any equipment installed inside the vehicle (curtains, cameras, etc.) will not be handled by the staff, and responsibility lies with the customer.
If exterior protection exists (e.g., nano-ceramic coating), the customer must ensure it is safe to wash the vehicle.
Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vechile, or for any damage caused by parts or materials provided by the customer.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) is not liable for any damage arising from pre-existing defects or issues in the vehicle prior to the use of the service.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to reject any claim if the damage is deemed to result from misuse, negligence, or circumstances beyond control.
Feedback and complaints are accepted only within 24 hours of the appointment.

Damage to the Vehicle Wash Equipment:

The user is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the washing equipment resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of the service.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to claim full compensation for any repairs or replacement of equipment damaged due to misuse, negligence, or violation of service rules.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) is not responsible for service interruptions caused by customer misuse of the equipment.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy:

All rights, ownership, and interests in the application and service, including but are not limited to all intellectual property rights, are exclusively owned by the Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) (and licensors, where applicable). No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. This includes, without limitation, the company name, logo, product names, application design, layout, software, code, graphics, user interface, and all related elements.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) may rely on advertising and marketing to support the application. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive such ads; otherwise, you must notify the company via email. Higher service fees may apply if you opt out of receiving advertisements.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) may collect and publish information about your application usage anonymously for analysis or reporting purposes. You are responsible for taking precautions when interacting with any third party through the application.

Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal and attorney fees) arising from their violation of these terms or misuse of the application.
To the extent permitted by law, Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure:

The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but is not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, fires, network or internet outages, or any other unforeseen events.

Dispute Resolution:

The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to determine how to resolve any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or related to this agreement. An amicable settlement will first be attempted at the company’s discretion.
If an amicable resolution is not reached within 30 days of the dispute notice, the Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) may bring the dispute before the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) having exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the matter.

Warranties and Representations:

By using the application or service, you acknowledge and agree that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with its terms. If the laws of your state or country impose any restrictions on using the service due to age or for any other reason, you must comply with those restrictions, and using the application or service is prohibited.
The service may only be used for personal purposes or on behalf of others who have granted you explicit authorization. You may not delegate anyone else to use your account, nor transfer or assign your account to any other party.
When using the application or service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your location.
Access to the service is allowed only through authorized and approved methods.
The Al-Mumayaza Al-Hadeetha Trading Company (Carwishha) reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the service or application is accessed via an incompatible or unauthorized device.
